Put the feature into the journey
Tap Tap Go’s ticketing concept connects the event invitation with an organiser-defined attendance process. Explain the actual upgrade process and whether additional confirmation is required. Keep the original entitlement visible and identify the new activity or benefit separately. Do not assume the platform automatically adjusts access, payment or capacity across all parts of an event simply because an upgrade has been discussed.
What changes for the reader
The guest should know when the new entitlement is confirmed and which record to use. The event team avoids both denying the original access unnecessarily and granting an additional experience before its conditions have been satisfied.
A hypothetical scene
A participant wants to add a specialist session to a general event ticket. The organiser confirms the separate arrangement and explains the resulting access, rather than telling the guest that the original ticket now means something different without a clear record.
Make it practical.
