How the feature helps

Tap Tap Go’s experience model brings together events, digital ticketing, NFC check-in and organiser tools. Describe the actual entitlement and identify any separately arranged sessions. Keep the information consistent across the event introduction, ticket description and arrival instructions .

The useful outcome

The guest should be able to plan the day without discovering hidden distinctions at a doorway. The organiser should know which record establishes access to each activity rather than relying on a vague event-wide label. Ask the session host to review the entitlement description. The person responsible for delivering the activity can often identify an inclusion or capacity assumption that general event copy has overlooked.

Imagine this

A hypothetical scene

An attendee buys access to a conference but wants a small workshop as well. The event information explains the separate arrangement, so the guest asks about that session before arriving instead of assuming the main ticket includes every activity.

Make it practical.
