Define the conditions visibly

State what the offer includes, who it is intended for and the relevant period or availability condition. Do not hide important limitations behind a dramatic image. Confirm whether the current setup supports expiry handling or whether the team must maintain it manually. A published offer can continue travelling through profile links and forwarded messages after the original campaign, so its end state deserves planning.

Choose what returning visitors see

Provide an accurate status, a current alternative or a contact route where appropriate. Do not silently replace a specific offer with an unrelated product under the same description. Check the checkout destination as well as the profile listing. The benefit of a maintained offer is customer confidence: the visitor can understand whether the proposition still applies before attempting the next step. The organisation also avoids spending time explaining inconsistencies that could have been resolved in the public journey.

Imagine this

A hypothetical scene

A customer returns to a service offer shared at an event several weeks earlier. The profile now explains that the campaign has ended and provides the current service route. The visitor can continue intelligently instead of reaching an apparently active price that no longer applies.

Make it practical.
