Distribution with responsibility

Dhawal Laheri’s international vision could involve local partners who help bring Tap Tap Go to new communities. The important question is what those partners would actually do: introduce the product, organise distribution, support onboarding or coordinate local enquiries. Those responsibilities require agreed programme terms rather than assumptions based on a country name.

A promise customers can recognise

Territory participation, investment and revenue sharing are distinct arrangements that would need negotiation. No territory award or return should be implied by an exploratory conversation. A useful expansion model would connect commercial rights with practical service capacity, so that a customer’s experience remains coherent after a launch event, a distributor presentation or a local campaign has finished.

Imagine this

Hypothetical scenario

Hypothetically, a prospective partner proposes a showroom and support desk. The discussion focuses on responsibilities and delivery resources before any exclusivity or revenue share is considered.

Make it practical.
