Speed is only one dimension
Dhawal Laheri’s future financial vision aims to connect services with everyday professional life. A useful experience might reduce unnecessary steps, but it still needs to preserve the information that makes a decision meaningful. The customer should understand the product, amount, destination and relevant conditions rather than measure success only by how few screens appeared.
Ask a better completion question
After a journey, could the customer identify the responsible provider and the actual result? If not, the interface may have hidden too much. This is a design standard for proposed partner-led services, not a claim about a particular existing workflow. It connects convenience with informed participation, making the platform’s financial ambition more credible than a promise to remove every moment of attention.
Hypothetical scenario
Hypothetically, a customer completes a proposed conversion in a short flow but cannot identify the asset or destination amount. The journey needs clearer information, not merely another reduction in steps.
Make it practical.
