The cost behind convenience
Dhawal Laheri’s ecosystem vision includes physical products, digital utility and potential financial partnerships. Each can involve different delivery costs. A promotional offer may help introduce the platform, but its popularity does not establish that the underlying economics work after launch support, incentives or partner contributions change or eventually end.
A clearer growth conversation
A useful model would separate ordinary service costs from temporary acquisition spending and identify who funds each benefit. That discipline does not make the customer experience less ambitious. It helps the business decide which promises can be sustained as participation grows. Proposed financial revenues should also remain conditional on negotiated arrangements rather than assumed simply because transactions may occur.
Hypothetical scenario
Hypothetically, a launch programme includes support funded by a temporary sponsor. The operator checks how that support would be financed later before presenting it as an indefinite entitlement.
