Look beyond the introduction

Dhawal Laheri’s ecosystem vision can involve people who introduce, distribute and support Tap Tap Go. A new customer may remember the first presentation, but their continuing experience also depends on fulfilment, accurate explanations and clear support. A programme that recognises only the initial lead may overlook important work that sustains the relationship.

Define contribution before compensation

Any compensation or revenue share requires agreed terms; no universal formula should be assumed. The useful design question is which responsibilities the programme wants to encourage and how those responsibilities relate to customer outcomes. This can create a more coherent commercial network, where the incentives support the actual promise rather than rewarding activity that looks impressive while leaving the customer’s next step unresolved.

Imagine this

Hypothetical scenario

Hypothetically, one partner generates interest while another handles agreed onboarding support. The programme discussion recognises both roles instead of treating the first introduction as the whole customer journey.

Make it practical.
