Sell the present fit honestly

Dhawal Laheri’s wider Tap Tap Go vision includes partner-led European financial ambitions. Those possibilities should be explained as future work rather than used to imply that buying a card now guarantees later access. SEPA, SWIFT and IBAN remain coming soon, and the extended hybrid model depends on provider arrangements and programme conditions.

Let the customer decide on real value

A buyer can evaluate current identity, showcase and other available features on their own merits. If those do not address the customer’s needs, a speculative future capability should not be used to close the gap. This preserves the credibility of the roadmap and respects the customer’s decision, while still allowing interested people to follow how the broader platform direction develops.

Imagine this

Hypothetical scenario

Hypothetically, a prospect wants only a future euro receiving service. The conversation does not present the physical card as a guaranteed ticket to that unavailable programme.

Make it practical.
