The useful starting point

Tap Tap Go’s product model includes tap and profile engagement analytics, with intended assistance for interpreting useful patterns. Work from the content topic and explicit enquiry context. An analytics pattern should not be presented to the customer as a conclusion about them.

Keep the person in control

Before sharing, review three points: avoid leading wording; ask about the reader’s task; separate their answer from your hypothesis. Ask yourself: Does the question invite a genuine answer or confirm your preferred theory?

Imagine this

Hypothetical example

Imagine a team seeing interest in a service explanation but uncertain fit. In this hypothetical scene, the salesperson asks which part of the service matters to the project and learns the real decision criteria.

Make it practical.
