The useful starting point

Tap Tap Go’s product model includes event, ticketing, membership and engagement programme concepts configured for the relevant organiser. Work from the attendees’ requests and the event resource catalogue. A group event does not mean every attendee requested every document.

Move from suggestion to decision

Before sharing, review three points: confirm each request; check the resource version; review recipients before sending manually. Ask yourself: Which resource did this person actually ask for? Check whether each requested resource is suitable for that recipient rather than merely available in the catalogue.

Imagine this

Hypothetical example

Imagine an organiser handling several explicit follow-up requests. In this hypothetical scene, the organiser prepares separate relevant replies rather than one indiscriminate attachment bundle.

Make it practical.
