Help with a boundary
A colleague may be good at writing, design or organising portfolio material. In a Tap Tap Go profile workflow, define what they are helping with before sharing information or access. They might suggest biography edits without needing account administration, or organise approved images without seeing private enquiries. AI-assisted suggestions can be part of the collaboration, but the profile owner remains responsible for what the final introduction says and reveals.
Choose a reviewable handoff
Provide a limited content brief and ask for proposed changes with explanations. Use only access arrangements supported by the current product and your organisation’s process; do not share passwords as a shortcut. Decide who approves factual claims, employer information and contact routes. Review the published result after the handoff, not only the draft. If the arrangement is temporary, identify when access or shared working material should be reviewed so a one-off editing task does not become indefinite control over the profile.
Hypothetical example
A professional asks a colleague to improve their introduction for an event. The colleague receives approved biography notes and portfolio descriptions, not the enquiry inbox. They return suggested edits, the professional approves the final wording, and both check the public result before the event.
