Context is the reason to separate
Multiple profiles can support distinct professional contexts in Tap Tap Go’s product model. A speaker introduction may focus on topics and biography, while a consulting introduction may focus on services and enquiries. If using AI assistance, prepare a separate brief for each audience. Keep common facts consistent and identify which material belongs only in a particular context. The assistant should not copy every link and document into every version merely because it is available.
Compare the profiles before sharing
Review the profiles side by side for contradictory roles, outdated details or unintended disclosure. Confirm which profile is being shared before a live introduction using the controls actually available to you. Keep private documents outside public profile variants when they need recipient-specific access; a less-promoted profile is not automatically private. When a shared fact changes, update each relevant brief and approved version together. This makes multiple profiles a controlled communication choice rather than a growing collection of inconsistent identities.
Hypothetical example
A founder maintains a speaking introduction and a corporate-enquiry introduction. AI helps adjust the emphasis, but the founder keeps the same verified role and company description in both. Event organisers see useful topic information, while business prospects receive a clearer route to discuss their needs.
Make it practical.
