Where the feature earns its place
Tap Tap Go’s product model includes document sharing and intended assistance for understanding and organising approved material. Work from the approved title, intended audience and public purpose of each file. A public file description can disclose information even when the file itself is restricted.
Move from suggestion to decision
Before sharing, review three points: check what the description reveals; open the actual destination; avoid describing restricted detail publicly. Ask yourself: Does the description reveal anything the audience should not receive?
Hypothetical example
Imagine a profile owner arranging a small public document library. In this hypothetical scene, the owner gives readers clear choices while keeping a confidential project name out of the public list.
Make it practical.
