The useful starting point
Tap Tap Go’s product model includes privacy choices around a connected professional profile, documents and contact routes. Work from the contact’s request and any stated communication preference. Having several contact routes available does not mean every route is welcome for every conversation.
Keep the person in control
Before sharing, review three points: confirm the preferred channel; avoid copying the message elsewhere unnecessarily; review before manually replying. Ask yourself: Which channel has the person chosen for this exchange?
Hypothetical example
Imagine a professional receiving a response through one of the profile’s quick-access routes. In this hypothetical scene, the user replies by email as requested instead of moving the discussion to a personal messaging account.
Make it practical.
