Where the feature earns its place
Tap Tap Go’s product model includes distinct identity, wallet and virtual-card concepts, with additional financial services identified separately on its roadmap. Work from the enquiry purpose and the actual roadmap status. A lead-scoring suggestion cannot approve someone for a financial programme.
Keep the person in control
Before sharing, review three points: avoid approval language; separate commercial relevance from eligibility; route formal questions to the responsible team. Ask yourself: Is this a communication priority or an eligibility decision?
Hypothetical example
Imagine a user prioritising enquiries about a proposed service. In this hypothetical scene, the team prepares a relevant information response without claiming the prospect qualifies for future access.
Make it practical.
