The useful starting point

Tap Tap Go’s product model includes distinct identity, wallet and virtual-card concepts, with additional financial services identified separately on its roadmap. Work from the approved roadmap description and the person’s non-sensitive question. Interest in a planned feature is not completed eligibility or account approval.

Move from suggestion to decision

Before sharing, review three points: state that the capability is planned; avoid requesting identity files through a general form; direct formal onboarding to the eventual authorised process. Ask yourself: Is there an authorised live onboarding process for this request?

Imagine this

Hypothetical example

Imagine a prospect expressing interest in a planned European account feature. In this hypothetical scene, the prospect receives a clear status explanation without being asked to send private documents prematurely.

Make it practical.
