Work from the published routes and the organisation’s appropriate document-handling process. A profile edit cannot be assumed to retrieve material already downloaded or shared elsewhere.
Keep the person in control
Before sharing, review three points: remove controlled links; review known copies; avoid promising universal recall. Ask yourself: Which copies or routes can you actually control?
