The decision behind the feature
Tap Tap Go’s product model includes user-reviewed follow-up assistance within its professional networking and CRM model. Work from the stated objection and evidence about the actual service scope. The assistant should not invent motives or dismiss a legitimate concern.
Keep the person in control
Before sharing, review three points: repeat the concern accurately; remove defensive language; offer a next step only if it is useful. Ask yourself: Does this reply help the person decide rather than try to defeat their objection?
Hypothetical example
Imagine a prospect explaining that the offer does not yet fit their needs. In this hypothetical scene, the user sends a measured clarification and accepts that the prospect may still decline.
Make it practical.
