The useful starting point
Tap Tap Go’s product model includes event, ticketing, membership and engagement programme concepts configured for the relevant organiser. Work from the event’s admission rules and the minimum guest information required. Event admission does not require every staff member to inspect someone’s wider professional identity.
Move from suggestion to decision
Before sharing, review three points: separate check-in from browsing; confirm staff access scope; explain the entry step to the guest. Ask yourself: What information does the person at the entrance actually need?
Hypothetical example
Imagine an organiser welcoming attendees through a configured Tap Tap Go event flow. In this hypothetical scene, the guest is checked in while unrelated portfolio and contact information remain outside the task.
Make it practical.
