Translate the route into a customer task
The client needs to know the recipient, amount, reference and appropriate next step. A future SEPA option should be introduced through those practical details once the programme confirms them. The professional profile can explain the business relationship, but it should not be used to disguise missing financial instructions behind a polished presentation.
Keep questions welcome
Provide a clear route for clarification and avoid pressuring a client to use an unfamiliar option. A supported financial feature becomes useful when the customer can understand it and the business can verify the resulting record.
Hypothetical worked scene
In a hypothetical future client journey, a consultant would introduce the confirmed euro-payment option alongside the agreed invoice. The client would receive clear recipient and reference information rather than an unexplained instruction to use SEPA. The consultant would retain other appropriate arrangements where the new programme does not fit the customer's circumstances.
Make it practical.
