Say the purpose before the action

A presenter can explain that the code opens the relevant offer or supported payment route for review. That sentence distinguishes the scan from a completed financial event. Avoid saying that scanning pays automatically unless the exact confirmed workflow genuinely supports that statement and the customer's action is accurately represented.

Use the same wording across the team

Staff should understand the destination and the appropriate next step. A short consistent explanation is more useful than an enthusiastic but inaccurate promise about instant payments, universal access or guaranteed completion.

Imagine this

Hypothetical worked scene

In a hypothetical showroom demonstration, the presenter says that the QR opens the agreed offer for the customer to review. A colleague uses the same explanation later. Visitors understand the role of the code without assuming that a scan has already moved money or established an account relationship.

Make it practical.
