Think about the physical situation

A code in a message may be easy to scan from another screen but awkward when the recipient has only one device. The supported destination should also be available through an appropriate direct route where the actual configuration permits it. Do not force the customer to borrow a second phone merely to understand the intended action.

Keep the meaning consistent

The alternative route should lead to the same relevant offer and identify the same seller. A QR is an entry method, not the financial service itself, so changing the entry method should not change the commercial promise.

Imagine this

Hypothetical worked scene

In a hypothetical customer conversation, a professional sends a service-payment QR in a chat. The recipient is using one phone, so the professional supplies the approved direct route to the same destination. The customer can review the offer and applicable conditions without treating a successful scan as a required proof of identity or payment.

Make it practical.
