Keep the response recognisable
If a supported destination is unavailable, direct the customer to an established contact route and explain that the intended action has not been confirmed. Do not ask the person to send credentials or follow an unverified replacement link simply because the original code is not working.
Fix the entry point and the explanation
Review the actual destination and any affected materials before sharing them again. A Tap Tap Go profile can provide professional context, but the financial route still needs its own confirmed operation and appropriate provider process.
Hypothetical worked scene
In a hypothetical client visit, a QR destination does not open as expected. The professional pauses the financial step and uses the established contact channel to resolve the issue. The customer is not pressured into an unfamiliar replacement route, and the team checks the code before using it in the next demonstration.
Make it practical.
