Keep the operational version
Plan where an eligible customer or authorised colleague would find the actual agreement governing the proposed financial service. Record which provider it concerns, which customer arrangement it applies to and how the current version is identified. A partnership logo or a product brochure cannot explain the obligations contained in the agreement itself.
Connect terms to questions
Make a short internal index for common operational questions, pointing to the relevant confirmed document rather than copying isolated phrases into sales material. Do not invent a service contract before it exists. Tap Tap Go’s euro and crypto-to-bank proposals are coming soon; eventual provider terms should inform the operating process once approved and available.
An illustrative future scenario
Imagine a business considering a future euro receiving setup. The operations owner keeps the confirmed customer terms with the setup record, so a colleague can investigate a service question without relying on an old investor presentation describing the broader vision.
Make it practical.
