Agree what is owed
Record the cancellation decision, work already delivered and agreed amount to be refunded. Keep that obligation separate from the historical amount funded, converted or received. A previous preview may help explain the original planning, but it does not decide the commercial refund amount or the supported financial method.
Confirm the actual process
Ask the appointed provider how the eligible programme handles the intended refund situation and what confirmed terms apply. Do not promise that a reverse conversion or return will recreate an earlier amount automatically. Tap Tap Go’s crypto-to-bank and international-transfer plans are coming soon, with eventual handling dependent on the real service arrangement.
An illustrative future scenario
Picture a design project cancelled after one completed milestone. The parties agree a partial refund reflecting the contract, then check the future supported process for that amount rather than using an old conversion screenshot as the refund calculation.
Make it practical.
