Lead with their reason to care

Tap Tap Go is positioned as One Card for Everything, connecting professional identity, showcase and other ecosystem features. In a referral conversation, select the part relevant to the recipient. A person interested in sharing a portfolio needs a different explanation from someone investigating a corporate rollout.

Explain your relationship openly

If a programme may recognise your introduction, describe that relationship plainly and check the applicable communication requirements. Do not imply that the referral comes with a guaranteed benefit for the recipient. Referrer rewards, customer offers and product pricing can be separate arrangements.

Leave room for a decision

Give the recipient enough information to explore the product independently and confirm current access. Avoid telling them they must buy to support your programme progress. A respectful referral preserves the relationship whether or not the person proceeds, and it makes any eventual enquiry more informed.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a consultant recommends Tap Tap Go because a colleague struggles to share project examples after meetings. She explains the portfolio use case and mentions that a referral programme may recognise qualifying introductions. She does not promise the colleague cash, financial-service access or a special price that has not been confirmed.

Make it practical.
