Follow both sides of the journey
Tap Tap Go’s loyalty and commerce concepts can sit together in a customer experience. If a current offer supports a benefit at checkout, identify how that benefit is recognised and what remains payable. Do not assume every point or tier can be used as money.
Reconcile the outcome
The programme should explain whether the benefit was applied, while the seller or payment process confirms the order and settlement state. A successful redemption indication is not automatically proof of completed payment or fulfilment. Customers need a clear route when one stage succeeds and another remains unresolved.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, an authorised programme benefit reduces a service purchase under a specific offer. The customer still needs confirmation of the remaining payment and booking. Treating the benefit record as the full transaction receipt would leave the order journey incomplete.
Make it practical.
