Choose the reporting purpose

An affiliate working with Tap Tap Go may need to understand qualifying activity, campaign performance or programme status. Start by asking which decision the report supports. Aggregate activity can often answer a performance question without revealing the private content of customer profiles, communications or financial records.

Define the access boundary

The current programme and authorised configuration should specify what information an affiliate can see. Do not assume that a referral relationship grants ongoing access to the customer’s account. Engagement also does not reveal the identity of every anonymous visitor or create consent for the affiliate to contact them.

Explain unresolved attribution carefully

If a partner questions an event, use the approved support process and proportionate evidence. The aim is to reconcile programme records, not to turn a performance report into a database for unrelated outreach. Clear boundaries support a sustainable relationship between the platform, affiliate and referred customer.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

In a hypothetical review, an affiliate wants to know whether a campaign produced qualifying introductions. A programme summary can help answer that question. It should not automatically provide the names of every person who viewed a page or details of a customer’s wallet activity.

Make it practical.
