Unpack the offer

Tap Tap Go’s ecosystem includes physical cards, event ticketing and membership concepts. If an organiser combines them in a programme, specify what the guest receives and which actions remain necessary. Owning a card, purchasing a ticket and holding membership status are different states.

Design the arrival conversation

The guest should know what will be checked and who can resolve a missing or unclear record. A beautifully presented package loses its effect when door staff must interpret an ambiguous promise. Confirm the actual event configuration rather than assuming every organiser uses the same process.

Hypothetically, an invitation includes a card and access to one event session. The organiser explains that a separate workshop requires its own booking. The guest can appreciate the package without assuming the card grants unlimited entry to everything at the venue.
