Prepare both sharing paths
Tap Tap Go’s introduction journey includes NFC sharing on compatible phones and a QR fallback. A programme ambassador should understand the supported options and explain what the recipient will open. The demonstration is about accessing relevant information, not proving that every phone behaves identically.
Keep the switch natural
If the tap route is unsuitable, use the appropriate alternative without blaming the visitor or making unsupported compatibility claims. Rehearse the same sample profile through both routes. This helps the audience see one coherent product journey rather than two unrelated demonstrations.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, a visitor cannot complete the NFC interaction during a busy event. The ambassador offers the prepared QR route and continues with the portfolio explanation. The useful introduction succeeds without a claim that the first method works universally.
Make it practical.
