Read the offer relationship

Tap Tap Go programmes may include referral benefits, member offers or partner promotions. Their coexistence does not establish that they can be stacked. The relevant terms should explain combination rules, especially when different organisations fund the benefits or apply them at different stages.

Keep checkout expectations accurate

Before relying on a combined value, confirm which offer applies and what the customer must do. Do not add several advertised benefits into a total saving unless the actual arrangement supports that calculation. A clear explanation protects the customer from a surprise when the purchase journey recognises only one offer.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a member sees a partner promotion and receives a referral invitation. They should not assume both reduce the same price. The seller or programme owner needs to confirm how the offers interact before the member treats the combined value as part of the purchase decision.

Make it practical.
