Describe the proposed change

A Tap Tap Go plan question may concern a new billing contact, a new administrator or a different customer entity. These are separate changes. Identify which relationship is actually moving before assuming that a simple commercial update also transfers profile control or programme participation.

Use the authorised process

Confirm what the current arrangement permits and what evidence the responsible team needs. Preserve relevant content and access boundaries. A private agreement between two people does not automatically establish that every subscription, reward or financial feature can be transferred together.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a consultant’s company wants to take over payment for a previously personal arrangement. The parties clarify billing, administration and personal content separately. The change in payer does not, by itself, answer who should control all existing profile information or programme history.

Make it practical.
