Use purpose-built samples
A Tap Tap Go demonstration can explain how a professional shares a brochure, credentials or project material using clearly labelled sample documents. Choose content that illustrates the task without including private customer records. The sample should be realistic enough to explain the workflow but not presented as a verified commercial achievement.
Review the whole screen
Check filenames, previews and surrounding interface details before presenting or recording. A harmless sample page can still appear beside private information. Programme presenters should have an approved set of material and a reset process so every demonstration starts from a controlled, understandable state.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, a trainer shows a sample project brief with fictional details. The audience sees how the document fits the profile journey. There is no need to display a real client contract or financial statement to demonstrate the same concept.
Make it practical.
