The proposed customer journey

Tap Tap Go describes vIBAN capability as coming soon within its partner-led financial direction. A territory team can explain the intended use case, but should not present a local card launch as evidence that receiving details are already available to customers.

The programme question

Ask which provider, customer type and market the eventual service will cover when confirmed. Partner negotiations, technical preparation and customer access are different stages. A prospective distributor should keep these dependencies visible in its own plan rather than pricing an unconfirmed service into a guaranteed package.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

A hypothetical partner opens a showroom for the identity card and portfolio experience. Visitors ask about euro receiving details. The team explains the roadmap status and records the relevant questions without claiming that buying the card reserves or approves a future account.

Make it practical.
