Set a neutral task
Give the recipient a simple goal, such as finding the relevant project summary and identifying the next contact route. Use authorised content and agree what will be observed. The owner should sit back and note where the reader pauses. Pointing at a button or explaining a title during the task changes the experience being tested.
Separate difficulty from preference
Afterwards, ask the reader what they expected at the confusing point. Distinguish an actual obstacle from a stylistic preference. Choose a change connected to the task, then test again with someone unfamiliar if practical. This proposed programme format creates useful learning from a small observation without claiming it proves how every future visitor will behave.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, a reader opens a profile and looks for a brochure under an unclear project name. The owner resists pointing it out. The resulting discussion reveals that the document needs a descriptive label, not a completely new visual design.
Make it practical.
