Provide organiser-ready information

Include an accurate biography, talk themes, a current portrait and a clear booking contact. Describe the audience each talk is intended for and what participants should understand afterwards. Avoid vague promises of inspiration without a topic. If you include past appearances, distinguish speaking from attendance. Provide approved assets so organisers do not need to copy low-resolution images from unrelated social accounts.

Separate promotion from logistics

Keep technical requirements, availability discussion and commercial arrangements in a suitable follow-up document or conversation. A public page need not disclose every operational detail. If a talk is customised, explain which elements can be adapted and what information you need from the organiser. Make the enquiry route specific enough to collect event date, location or format and expected audience.

Imagine this

Hypothetical example

A hypothetical founder offers a session on designing professional introductions. Their page explains the intended audience and provides an approved biography and portrait. An organiser can assess relevance quickly, then submit the event details needed to discuss format and availability.

Make it practical.
