Identify the source roles
A biography, project summary and company overview may each contribute to a profile introduction. Tell the assistant which facts belong to the individual and which describe the organisation. Ask it to keep those boundaries intact. Otherwise a company achievement can become a personal accomplishment or a project-specific capability can appear as a universal service promise.
Review the synthesis carefully
Check attribution, chronology and scope. Remove repeated facts rather than multiplying them for emphasis. Keep a record of the approved source behind important claims so later updates are easier. A connected introduction should feel coherent because the relationships are clear, not because the assistant has smoothed away every distinction between the source materials.
Hypothetical scenario
A hypothetical founder combines an approved biography with a company project overview. The reviewer corrects a sentence that attributed the whole team’s delivery to the founder personally.
Make it practical.
