Match resources to the tour
Select the project overview, image sequence or specification relevant to the visit. Name the resources during the tour so they are recognisable later. The profile can connect those materials to the person who explained them, giving the visitor a practical route for follow-up questions.
Distinguish observation from promise
Keep planned elements, illustrative visuals and existing conditions clearly labelled. A visitor should not infer that every image represents something they saw or that every discussed option is included. The resource path supports recollection and comparison while the actual commercial or technical decision remains subject to the appropriate process.
Hypothetical scenario
A hypothetical visitor tours a showroom and later opens the host’s profile to review the exact product overview discussed. Proposed configurations are labelled separately from the displayed sample.
Make it practical.
