Make the event relationship visible

When a profile is used with event material, clarify the current role where relevant. A speaker biography differs from an exhibitor’s service overview. Avoid using the event identity to imply sponsorship or organiser status that has not been granted. The profile should help a new contact understand why the person is present and what conversation may be useful.

Keep event-specific claims temporary

Review the content after the event and retain only the historical context that remains useful. A badge scan or profile visit does not by itself establish ticket ownership, membership or check-in status. Those functions require their own configured workflow. Keep the identity introduction distinct from event administration.
