Provide the actual project set
Give the assistant concise, approved descriptions of the available work and the concern to address. Ask which examples are most relevant and why. A concern about collaboration may call for a different case than a concern about technical detail. The assistant can suggest a selection, but it should not create a fictional project to fill a gap.
Review the reasoning behind the match
Check whether the recommended example actually demonstrates the claimed capability. A visually similar project may have involved a very different responsibility. Keep the final selection grounded in your contribution and publication rights. The profile becomes more focused when the chosen evidence answers a real question, while any missing evidence remains a topic for honest discussion.
Hypothetical scenario
A hypothetical specialist asks which existing project best explains coordination work. The assistant selects an attractive project with little coordination responsibility, so the owner chooses a less glamorous but more relevant example.
Make it practical.
