Help recognition before saving

Tap Tap Go’s add-to-contact feature can make it easier for someone to retain your details. Before inviting them to save, make sure the profile identifies your current role and the work they associate with you. A name and number alone may be hard to place after several meetings. Clear business information gives the person a mental connection between the conversation and the contact they choose to retain.

Respect the recipient’s contact book

Saving your details is their action. It does not imply permission to add them to a campaign or contact them through every available channel. Keep the exchange focused on the purpose discussed. If your role or contact details later change, do not assume that every previously saved copy updates automatically. Use appropriate communication to explain material changes to active contacts rather than relying on the profile alone.

Imagine this

Hypothetical scenario

Imagine a workshop participant meeting several specialists. One profile clearly describes the specialist’s work in accessible onboarding, helping the participant remember why that contact may be useful when a related project begins.

Make it practical.
