Choose a useful detail

Tap Tap Go’s portfolio does not have to contain only glamorous projects. A clear handover, an organised resource set or a carefully documented process can show professional judgement. Explain the situation, the detail you improved and why that detail mattered to the people using it. This makes everyday work visible without inventing dramatic results or borrowing a customer’s confidential performance figures.

Show the quality of the decision

A useful example may focus on naming conventions, sequencing or a clearer explanation. Include an approved sample if available, and distinguish your contribution from the surrounding team effort. Do not claim a measurable improvement unless you have suitable evidence. The reader can still appreciate a thoughtful choice when its practical purpose is explained. A portfolio becomes more credible when the scale of the claim matches the scale of the work.

Imagine this

Hypothetical scenario

Imagine a coordinator sharing a redacted handover checklist. The example shows how owners, outstanding questions and next actions were separated so the receiving team could orient itself quickly.

Make it practical.

Use this checklist as you read. Checks are not stored.
