Review the first visible layer
A profile may display a document title, cover or preview. Check that this layer does not expose private project names, personal details or confidential status. A restricted file can still be poorly introduced if its public label reveals information that should remain limited. Use an appropriate neutral description where necessary.
Keep the description useful
A neutral label should still explain the resource’s purpose to its intended audience. Avoid meaningless filenames that leave people guessing. Where the material is not suitable for a public profile at all, share it through the appropriate controlled process instead. The objective is a clear resource journey with consistent information boundaries.
Hypothetical scenario
A hypothetical consultant keeps a confidential project report out of the public resource collection and offers a general approved overview instead. The public title does not reveal the private client engagement.
Make it practical.
