Define the assistance task

Tap Tap Go’s AI assistance includes document assistance. Useful tasks may include suggesting a summary, identifying sections relevant to a question or drafting an explanation for a particular audience. Treat these as intended assistance, not a claim about a specific interface or universal release. Give the assistant the relevant source and a bounded question. A broad request for the best answer can invite an explanation that goes beyond the document.

Check the result against the source

Review names, figures, conditions and omitted qualifications. Ask whether the summary changes the apparent certainty or status of the original. AI assistance does not confirm legal validity, investment quality or the truth of a claim merely because it appears in a file. Keep a route back to the relevant section so a reader can inspect the basis. The human publisher remains responsible for the explanation placed beside a shared document.

Imagine this

Hypothetical scenario

A hypothetical team asks an assistant to summarise a service overview for a first meeting. The reviewer notices that a conditional feature was described as universally available and corrects it before publication. The final note points readers to the original scope section.

Make it practical.
