Put the feature into the journey
Tap Tap Go’s experience model can connect tickets, memberships and check-in, while each programme defines the actual entitlement. Provide understandable instructions and an organiser contact able to coordinate assistance. Do not assume a particular device, visual ability or interaction style. Test the actual journey with relevant needs in mind and keep any requested personal information limited to what helps provide the support.
What changes for the reader
The participant should not have to explain the same need repeatedly to disconnected teams. Technology can make an event convenient, but the organiser’s ability to respond respectfully remains essential to a welcoming experience.
A hypothetical scene
A guest asks for assistance with the arrival process. The organiser coordinates the relevant support before the event and informs the appropriate host, allowing the person to enter without an improvised discussion in the main queue.
Make it practical.
