Put the feature into the journey
Tap Tap Go’s experience model can connect tickets, memberships and check-in, while each programme defines the actual entitlement. Describe the actual capacity arrangement and how participation is confirmed. Do not promise automated seat inventory or guaranteed availability unless the current event setup supports that claim. Keep the benefit’s commercial description consistent with the organiser’s ability to deliver the experience.
What changes for the reader
The participant should understand how to secure the relevant place and what happens if it is unavailable. A clear process protects both the guest relationship and the organiser’s operational plan without disguising a limitation as a technical surprise.
A hypothetical scene
A programme includes access to selected workshops under stated conditions. The organiser explains the reservation process and checks availability before confirming a place, rather than allowing a broad benefit label to imply unlimited capacity at every session.
Make it practical.
