Make the feature practical

Tap Tap Go’s connected product model can bring identity, events, membership and commerce into related journeys while preserving their different meanings. Use attendance history as context where appropriately recorded, but explain membership as a separate choice with its own terms. Do not automatically describe repeat guests as members or infer that they agreed to ongoing charges, benefits or communications.

The result to look for

The person can decide whether a continuing programme is relevant. The organiser can make a useful invitation based on the relationship without rewriting the meaning of past attendance or implying that repeated participation creates an entitlement by itself.

Imagine this

A hypothetical scene

A guest attends several public sessions and is invited to learn about a membership option. The explanation treats joining as a new decision rather than announcing that the person has already become a member because they attended repeatedly.

Make it practical.
