Describe the choice precisely

Use clear names for the available versions and explain the differences relevant to the buyer. These might concern finish, size, included service or intended use, depending on the actual product. Do not assume a variant selector or inventory feature is available in every Tap Tap Go configuration. If separate listings or a discussion are needed, make that path understandable. Keep photographs attached to the correct version.

Check the downstream match

Confirm that the selected or discussed version remains clear in the next destination and subsequent business record. A beautiful image should not create an expectation that the customer will receive a different item from the one described. The benefit of product listings is a more informed choice with less repetitive explanation. It does not replace the company’s responsibility to maintain accurate availability, fulfilment details and the terms relevant to the actual purchase.

Imagine this

A hypothetical scene

A seller offers several finishes of a premium product. The storefront descriptions distinguish them clearly, and the enquiry route asks the customer to identify the version of interest. The team can respond accurately instead of guessing from a generic product name or an ambiguous image.

Make it practical.
