Keep the common promise stable

Tap Tap Go’s team-management and content-control model can support a shared company introduction across employees or branches. Define the elements that should remain consistent: brand description, approved service language and core supporting material. Then identify the genuinely local information, such as the responsible contact or relevant service scope. Do not assume that every location offers every service simply because it uses the same brand.

Make local differences helpful

Present the differences where they answer a customer’s question, and give them a responsible owner. Confirm which profile arrangements and administrative controls your deployment supports. Review the public experience from the perspective of someone who has never visited the company. They should understand both the wider organisation and the team able to help now. This is more useful than either a generic national page with no local context or disconnected branch pages that imply incompatible promises.

Imagine this

A hypothetical scene

A customer meets a regional account manager and taps her card. The profile explains the wider company, then identifies the local team’s service focus and contact route. The customer can request relevant help without assuming that every advertised capability is delivered from that location.

Make it practical.
