Organise by customer question
Select approved projects that demonstrate different aspects of the company’s work: process, delivery, design or collaboration. Explain the team’s actual contribution and the context of each example. A shared pool should not become a gallery of attractive images with unclear ownership. Confirm how your corporate setup distributes or references approved content; do not assume a particular library interface or automatic synchronisation feature.
Let relevance guide selection
Representatives should choose the example that fits the conversation while preserving approved wording and image context. Keep a route for requesting additional material when the existing selection does not answer the customer’s question. The advantage is faster access to useful evidence with less inconsistency across the team. A portfolio shared through Tap Tap Go remains an introduction to the work, not independent verification of every project claim or permission to disclose confidential client material.
A hypothetical scene
A sales representative meets a buyer interested in implementation reliability rather than visual design. She selects an approved case explaining the delivery process and her team’s role. The conversation becomes relevant quickly without using a dramatic but unrelated project image simply because it looks impressive.
Make it practical.
